This episode finally had the backstory of Boone and Shannon. I think only Michael and his son, and Hurley, have flashbacks to be told. In this episode, Claire was having bloody nightmares about people attacking her unborn baby, which fully creeped me out. This episode was mostly about Sawyer. His flashback story about what happened to his family was quite dramatic, and would make a good movie itself. I liked it, and it was interesting how he became who he was hunting. It still does not explain why he is in ass on the island [...]

Like a moth out of a cocoon, Charlie out of his drug addiction and Jack out of a cave-in. That’s what happened this episode.

This episode had some pretty dramatic stories behind it.
