Even though I thought by itself this episode was kinda lame, it does feel like a lot of what happened could be quite significant in the story. (But I know, it’s Lost, it probably isn’t significant at all.)
It began with Locke being Locked into The Hatch, when giant steel walls randomly came down. [...]

Flashback: Sun and Jin trying to have a baby, and then Sun finding out from the doctor that she cannot. Flashpresent: Sun finding out she’s pregnant. Flashback: Sun finding out from the doctor that Jin was the one who was infertile. Flashpresent: Jin deciding that it’s a miracle, after Sun tells him [...]

This episode was especially creepy, because the flashbacks weren’t just interwoven with the story, they were actually part of the story. And because the flashbacks weren’t to way back, pre-crash, but were Claire’s flashbacks to when she had been kidnapped. And because the flashbacks were creepy.

Finally a Sayid episode! He’s been pretty much not in the show for awhile. And he’s bad-ass again!
Sayid tortures a guy who the Crazy French Lady caught in a trap. The episode kept flip-flopping on who the guy was. First, Crazy French Lady was like “he’s one of them!” [...]

This episode was really interesting! But cons usually are I guess. The flashback showed Sawyer conning a woman out of $600,000. And on the island, he masterminded some conning to freak everyone out, and be “the new sheriff in town.”

As I mentioned earlier, the last episode really left me in awe of the oddness of the show. The unexpectedness of, well, everything. I don’t know what the show is doing or trying to say, and what they do and say is weird.
