Dang! I was all too excited to see what happens with Balloonist, so I watched another episode and not too much happened there. It was mostly all about Hurley, his flashback to his time in a mental hospital, and his questioning of reality. Because of that, I don’t really have any idea if what happened to Hurley in this story was a figment of his imagination or not. But it hinted at some unbelievable things, especially who Libby is.

As for the Balloonist stuff, he told another story about who he is–admitting he’s one of The Others and was pretty fearful of their leader. He also tells Locke that in the last episode, he didn’t actually enter the numbers on the computer and nothing really happened because of it. Lies? Maybe. As I said earlier, Balloonist is really good at telling people stuff that really twists people up… perhaps that’s what he’s doing here, telling Locke exactly what would freak him out the most.
