A police captain resurrects a bunch of dead cops, who go around shooting and killing people. Gunn tries to investigate. Wesley and Cordelia investigate some little girl who got bit by something and then had a giant creepy eye on the back of her head. They get bored researching, and go with Gunn. In trying to protect that homeless shelter and Anne from a few episodes back, Wesley gets shot. Angel, fortunately, is also investigating the demon cops, and stops them in time and they all die and vanish. He still has had no contact with Wesley, Cordelia and Gunn in a number of episodes. That was the point of Wesley getting shot–Angel hears about it and goes back to see them. But Cordelia tells him to go away, they don’t need him anymore. So he does. Sad.

And there never was any conclusion to the girl with the creepy third eye.
