Errr I have no idea what was going on in this episode. I have only a couple episodes left before I’m all caught up, and had some internets trouble the last little while and wanted to resume but maybe I just wasn’t in the right mood or something. Because I have no idea why Locke is looking for Jacob’s cabin. I have no idea why crazy sea captain is shooting his crew and wants to burn The Island down. I have no idea why there’s a Locke Flashback to him as a kid (ostensibly to show that Locke is special and a chosen one, but okay). I have no idea why Ben is being all passive and conceding that Locke is the new leader/chosen one. I was hoping that once they all got to the cabin, there’d be a big payoff! But Jack’s Dad (!) is in there, not Jacob, and he tells Locke that in order to protect The Island, they have to move it. MOVE IT?! OK. Is it me, or is that ridiculous?
