D.O.C. = date of conception = if Sun conceived before coming to The Island, she lives, but with the knowledge the baby isn’t Jin’s = if Sun conceived on The Island, the baby is Jin’s, but she will die in two months

That’s the big drama, and it turns out the baby is Jin’s, and Sun has two months to live. At the speed the show goes though, I guess two months will be a good two more seasons!

The other big thing here was when Desmond et. al. were trying to save the lady who crashed there who knew his name, Mikhail showed up. Even though, last he’d been seen, his brain had been melted out of his face by a sonic death fence! If dead characters can just return without explanation, I think that’s a bit of a cop-out. So there better be an explanation. Also the lady seems to speaking in all sorts of different languages! That’s kinda interesting. Hopefully the fans didn’t object to her presence and she’ll be killed off immediately, like Paolo and Nikki. Also, she tells Hurley that it’s impossible that he’s from flight 815–the plane had been found and there were no survivors!
