Eggtown is about Kate.  On The Island, she’s spying on Locke.  FutureKate goes on trial for her pre-Island crimes, and settles and goes free.  The courtroom stuff was used to reveal that FutureJack loves her still.  But he won’t, because he doesn’t want to see her baby.  And I guess the big deal is that her baby is Aaron, who calls her Mommy.  What happened to Claire?  I guess he’s the 5th of the Oceanic 6.  Why won’t Jack see him?

Also Sayid, who went by helicoptor to the boat, never made it there.  What happened to him?  Again, I feel there’s all these little microlevel questions, but the big stuff gets forgotten.  I guess it will all add up at some point.  It’s just that there’s all these questions after each episode.  They do answer things, but certainly not all of them, and it’s starting to irk me.  Some of I know I just have to wait for, which is fine.  But what about all the other stuff they hint at: Sun was going to die if she gives birth on The Island, Desmond’s time flashes haven’t returned since they explained it (though the physicist guy seems related), polar bears & smoke monsters are gone, etc. etc. etc.
