This episode was all about the romantic relationships, and nothing else really. The awkwardly written triangle of Gunn, Wesley and Fred was cleared up a bit, ending badly for Wesley. I could kind of see that coming. Also Angel likes Cordelia and sort of vice versa, and since Cordelia is a hero now with her visions and part-demon-ness and fight training, they are inevitable. This means two things in a Joss show: Cordelia will die at some point, or she and Angel will never be together. Immediately at least, they’re going with the second choice–as the Prince in Pylea shows up randomly to be with her (since she’s the Princess) at the end.
