I guess it’s so–after all the hints at how disconnected Cordelia feels, this episode really built on that. First she got a big commercial acting gig, but it goes badly with a lecherous director and she feels bad. Then she has a vision about a girl and a portal going to another world. They all figure out the portal together and then… Cordelia gets sucked into it, waking up in the other world. That’s the ultimate disconnection! And I presume the story for the last few eps of the season.
